Using storytelling and real world examples, CNS Learn provides practical advice on how to recognise and meet customer needs on a daily  basis. This is designed for everyone in an organisation from the board to those directly dealing with customers. The course duration is 6 hours  split across 4 modules, delivered via a learning management system (LMS).

The scenario-based training immerses the trainee in interactive role play, creating a rich and fun learning experience, engendering high levels of knowledge transfer and retention and a deep understanding of the CNS principles. This in turn leads to a organisation-wide behavioral shift twoards making the meeting of customer needs a top priority.
